PT CAGAR BENTARA SAKTI
The project aims to conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment to identify capacity-building needs and develop a strategy to enhance public and private sector engagement in Indonesia’s renewable energy (RE) sector. It seeks to improve the knowledge base for developing RE policies, regulations and plans through knowledge sharing between the Government of Indonesia, especially the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), and private sector investors. The assessment will focus on capacity related to standard operating procedures and emission reduction and management across solar, wind, and hydropower technologies.

Consultancy on Technical Coordination to Support the Strategic and Collaboration Development for the CASE Project
GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit)
This project focused on strengthening strategic partnerships among Bappenas (Directorate of KTI), GIZ Indonesia, and IESR under the Clean, Affordable, and Secure Energy (CASE) program. As the technical coordinator, we streamlined communication, identified collaborative opportunities, and supported the implementation of joint initiatives. By being embedded at the Bappenas KTI office, we provided real-time support, strategic input, and helped align stakeholder efforts to accelerate Indonesia’s energy transition.
Monitoring Energy Business and Commercial Sector for Bali Net Zero Emission 2045
INSTITUTE FOR ESSENTIAL SERVICES REFORM (IESR)
This project aimed to establish a baseline of energy consumption across Bali’s business and commercial sectors to support the province’s Net Zero Emissions 2045 target. The team assessed energy usage patterns, identified peak demand trends, and uncovered opportunities for efficiency improvements and clean energy adoption. The findings provide a data-driven foundation for strategic energy planning and emissions reduction in key economic sectors.
