Consulting Services to Conduct Capacity Building Needs Assessment in Indonesia
The project aims to conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment to identify capacity-building needs and develop a strategy to enhance public and private sector engagement in Indonesia’s renewable energy (RE) sector. It seeks to improve the knowledge base for developing RE policies, regulations and plans through knowledge sharing between the Government of Indonesia, especially the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), and private sector investors. The assessment will focus on capacity related to standard operating procedures and emission reduction and management across solar, wind, and hydropower technologies.

Development of Solar Power Plant Engineering Training Materials
PT PLN (Persero)
This project involves the development of a curriculum and syllabus for capacity building aimed at PT. PLN employees transitioning to renewable energy. The scope includes creating training materials, reviewing the materials with external experts, delivering the training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
Consultancy for Pattimura University
Pungao Pattimura Mini Grid Lab
This consultancy involves engaging with stakeholders in Ambon related to solar PV development and training. The project includes developing a bachelor's degree curriculum for solar PV courses, creating a syllabus for both Training of Trainers (ToT) and joint training programs, producing training materials, and conducting the ToT and joint training sessions. Additionally, recommendations for establishing a new department to meet solar PV human resource needs will be provided.
